Pest Control Bros has been our bug man for years. We just had a scorpion problem. He came out and sprayed our yard again and put powder in the walls. He's always there when we have bug issues. Pest Bros always guarantees they're work. We really appreciate them.

What to Do After a Bark Scorpion Sting — and How to Stop the Next One
If you or a family member is stung by a bark scorpion, act immediately: wash the sting site with soap and water, apply a cool compress, and call Arizona Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. Do not apply a tourniquet or cut the skin. In healthy adults, symptoms — intense localized pain, numbness, tingling — typically peak within 30 minutes and resolve in 24 hours. In children under 5, the elderly, or anyone with a compromised immune system, symptoms can escalate to muscle spasms, difficulty swallowing, and respiratory distress. Go to the ER immediately if those signs appear; Anascorp antivenom is available at most Arizona hospitals.
The most effective prevention is eliminating harborage before scorpions enter. Seal weep holes and utility penetrations with copper mesh or caulk. Remove wood piles, rock stacks, and cardboard boxes from against the foundation — bark scorpions rest in these during the day. Install door sweeps on every exterior door and replace worn weatherstripping. Inside, shake out shoes and check towels before use; bark scorpions are climbers and will reach shelves, curtains, and even ceiling fans.
Professional treatment closes the gap that DIY products leave open. Pest Control Bros applies residual barrier treatments to the perimeter, block walls, and known entry points on a schedule timed to the scorpion's active season (April–October). We also offer UV blacklight inspections to locate active harborage sites invisible in daylight. If you are seeing bark scorpions inside your home, same-week service is available across Maricopa, Chandler, Casa Grande, Tempe, Gilbert, and Mesa.
